About 'corePHP'

'corePHP' started off as a thought, an idea, and now has turned into a fully functional web developers' workshop, store, support center, and one-stop-shop for top-notch templates and components. With many years of experience in the web development field, we are here to provide you with a wide variety of services and products to make development as easy as possible.

Past

In 2001, 'corePHP' began its life as an offsite, no-name, home-grown Content Management System. Not satisfied with where the project going the search was on to find a project to build off of. After weeks of research and examining code, Mambo was found. 'corePHP' at this time began to be a heavy supporter of the project. In 2003 corePHP.com was finally live.

Nearing the end of 2003 a new concept began to wind its way into the system. What if community members had the ability to test components before they downloaded them? The idea was immediately put into action and   Trial-Before-Download was born. Since its birth, it has attracted millions of visitors every month (over 15 gigs worth of traffic) and has been an overall success.

During the end of 2005 Mambo developers and Miro (parent company of Mambo) had a dispute with their differences and the core development team at the time for Mambo branched off to start molding their own CMS - Joomla!

Present

Now, in 2006 'corePHP' is a successful company that offers web developers our knowledge, feature-rich templates, re-written (accessible) components, and hosting packages. Our goal is to take development to the next level.  We hope you will join us for the journey!

Future

We believe penguins will one day rise up and take over the world, so you better make friends with them NOW! There is no time to waste. On the bright side, the entire world will be open-source and the new leaders of the free world will be website developers, so we think we're sitting in a pretty good spot right now. Enjoy the time you have left. Cheers!
