Problems with plugins and documentation

Hello,

I have just signed up for WPMU  and successfully installed it on my site. However, I have a couple of questions:

1) I downloaded all of the plugins for WPMU, and moved them all to the right folder (media/wpmu/plugins or mu-plugins). They are all there, however, a number of them just don't show up in the list of installed plugins. What do I need to do to make sure they are there?

2) Is there a documentation for using WPMU? I spend almost a week trying to make it work on my site, and I still don't know what all the options are there and how I need to use them. I did like the videos, but I feel like they are a little bit outdated.

It's been three weeks since I posted my questions. I am now wondering if any support is offered with the purchased membership. ANY IDEA?

Take for example adsense-share-mu.zip file = when I unzip it all it has inside is a PHP file = Is that all there should be in it?
