Error... "Can't create an empty blog"

I'm getting this error whenever I try and create a new blog from the admin area... "Can't create an empty blog"  Any ideas.

I have the same problem...
It worked with previous version (2.8.x) but since 2.9.2 ... I get this message.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue.  I just installed the WP MU on my joomla site and when attempting to create a new blog from the admin panel I get this error message:

Can't create an empty blog.


Any one have any ideas??

To answer this question, an incorrect version of the final stable release was uploaded to the server when we did the release, about 75 users downloaded this version, as the first report came through we uploaded the correct version to the server.
You can do one of two things to get this resolved:
1. Download the new version 2.9.2, and reinstall.
2. Submit a support ticket: http://support.corephp.com with access to your server, and we will apply the patch.
