Why are there so many unanswered topics/posts?  I'm trying tweak and troubleshoot my blog, and anytime I find a forum post that could be useful, it's unanswered.  What are we paying a subscription for?  I'll tell you.  SUPPORT!

Rsokhi,

Thanks for your question. While we maintain high standards for support via our support desk our forums are for Community Driven support. Please note that we have a notice at the top of the forums on the main page about this

Notice:  'corePHP' forum is a community driven forum for people to help each other with 'corePHP' software. While we do monitor and take part within the forum, no direct support by our support staff happens here. We will however be enhancing our forums to be more in line with our site and services.

Thank you for your comments

Well I guess "community driven support" only works if the product was community driven.  But it's not.

For those of us who're paying for support should be given a good forum.  Not every question is worth contacting a help desk.  Make the forums read-only for those who aren't subscribers...I don't know.  But this sucks.

Hi rsokhi, I would submit a ticket so it would be better addressed. I can understand that the administrators are busy and as they said, they are up to major improvements. I hope you got your issues resolved already.
