Another Wordpress + Joomla Installation Problem

Trying to install 2.6.5.3 and getting this result:
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

Running Windows XP, latest XAMPP just installed today

Are you running this on your localhost? if not, could you provide me with credentials to your Joomla site so that I can install it. You can PM them to me or you can open a support ticked at support.corephp.com
