Hi I'm having this problem that when I click the "Older Entries" and "Newer Entries" links at the bottom of the blogroll, I get the Joomla "404 Component not found" error message in the red box.

I tried this solution form last year but it didn't work. http://forum.corephp.com/index.php/topic,580.0.html

1. I have SH404SEF enabled for SEF URL's

2. My Wordpress blogroll has a shortcut of http://www.entrepreneurrookie.com/blog/

3. I have a Joomla 1.5 menu link created for the Wordpress integration

Can a moderator or anyone that knows how to solve this problem please help me. It's much appreciated.

Regards

Moderators of corePHP, I know you have your hands full with the development of modules, plugins, and components , but a reply to users like myself who have limited knowledge of  php programming would be helpful and courteous. I simply need to fix this broken "Old entries"  link on my blog frontpage.

I'm heavily involved in SEO and right now this very important link is coming back with a 404 error message, which is being reported in Google Webmaster tools, Bing Webmaster tools, and Yahoo Site Explorer webmaster tools. My blog attracts a lot of high school and college student and young entrepreneurs. They too have noticed and complained about this. It's been over a week since I've asked and no one has responded. Please help me.

Once again here's the "Old entries" broken link at the bottom of the blog homepage. http://www.entrepreneurrookie.com/blog/

Thank you.

What template are you using and what version of Wordpress are you currently using?

If you set your template outside of the wordpress component directory and have not touched your template at all please update it to the latest version and see if this resolves your issues.

Hi Steven, thanks for your quick response, I would love to try your suggestion but for some strange reason I can't log in to corephp.com to download the latest template. I'm using my original login name and password that was emailed to me in July but no luck. Has anything changed?

If anyone has these symptoms but has Wordpress for Joomla 3.0 instead of the 2.x being referred to here, they should follow the instructions listed here.
