[SOLVED] Unable to Install Component

Greetings,

I've downloaded the latest component (v. 2.6.5.3) and cannot proceed past installation. While attempting to install through Joomla's admin control panel, I get:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/www/users/driggins/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 300

Any ideas on how to proceed?

I downloaded a fresh copy of com_wordpress_2.6.5.3.zip using Firefox to my desktop. For fun, I tried to install it and had the same result. I uncompressed the zip file and can see all of the constituent files and subfolders. I then compressed these files back into com_wordpress_2.6.5.3.zip and attempted to install, with the same result.

Am I missing something? Perhaps the term, "package", is something other?

Resolution: I uploaded the uncompressed component package (zip file) to my 'tmp' folder and installed from remote directory instead of uploading the single zip file. My server was timing out due to the large file size.
