To preface, I am using Joomla 1.5.8 and the newest version of your WordPress integration.

I have set the blog to appear on the home page (Main Menu > Home > WordPress) but for some reason, the page title is not being displayed.  It is displaying the URL instead.  When I check the source, the title tags are empty.

I have entered the 'title' in both the Menu item and in the 'Wordpress' admin.

I also have a 'Blog' button (in my Main Menu as well) that links directly to my blog.  When I click that, my desired page title appears.

Any ideas on what the issue may be?

I would just like to post this for anyone else who is having the same issue.  Steven and I have figured out that this is an issue with the way the WordPress integration works with the sh404SEF component.  He has added it to the bug list, for a future release.

However, it is easily fixable.  In the sh404SEF admin panel, simply click 'View/Edit URLs'.  Click the 'Home Page meta' button, in the upper-right.  Then, simply fill out the 'Title tag' field and save your changes.

Steven, thanks again for your help.
