Need some Help for Amazon Affiliate Pack 1

Hello,

I just bought the Amazon Associates mambot and I am trying to get it to work. I am excited about this mambot to get Amazon products on my site, but somehow I am not able to follow what are supposed to be simple directions. Perhaps I have been working too late tonight and can't see exactly what I am supposed to enter for the product code.

I signed up for Amazon.ca Associates program and I wanted to try out a basic test page:

Is this the right way to place the code in a Joomla page?

Also, where do a place my Amazon ID? westkootunpl-20

Your code should look like the following:

{amazon_product}B000IOM2ZE{/amazon_product}

Make sure your bot is also published and so that the strings are parsed to the page properly. You can do all this and the configurations for the product under Mambots -> Site Mambots -> Amazon Product.

Where does my Amazon ID get input in the mambot code or mambot? Or how does it get passed, so I get credit as an Associate?

Go to Mambots -> Site Mambots -> Click on the Associates Product Links and you will place your ID in with the configurations in here. You have the ability to configure alot of different parameters.
