Community ACL won't work

Hi, I just bought the Community ACL    After viewing the nice demo site.

Okay I just installed it and I have a few things to setup, wanting to restrict a members access page now.

Anyways I don't have the    User - Community ACL plugin like the demo site has.

I also have this message,

Community ACL core patch in the `/home/gtstars/public_html/dreamgirls2/libraries/joomla/application/module/helper.php` is not detected.

If you want control over the modules the patch needs installed.

You will need to manually replace the helper.php file with the one included in the CACL zip file. The web server doesn't have write access (rightfully so) to helper.php and it cannot overwrite the old.
Copy this file:
Community ACL.zip/site/joomla_patch.zip/libraries/joomla/application/module/helper.php
To:
{your Joomla! site}/libraries/joomla/application/module/helper.php

Community ACL plugin for Joomla! is not installed.

Okay I believe I got it working now    It seems I didn't complete the install like I should have.

I just have to complete setting it up and all do this later
