GIving wordpress its own look, need some help.

Hi, I wanted the functionality of WP with the features of Joomla so gave this a try, problem however...

I want a separate look altogether for Wordpress. right now its picking up my Joomla template, so it makes it rather pointless for me to have, if I wanted it to have the Joomla look I could have just used Joomla articles as my Blog.

How can I get rid of the Joomla template and give my Wordpress a different look?

I realize this is probably the opposite of what most people ask

NM, I am officially a tard, though I read the entire mini manual seems my eyeballs skipped over the part I actually needed.
