Same template as my joomla website

Hi,

I'd like the wordpress template to have the same look and feel as my joomla website.
Are there any guidelines for doing this?
Or is it just plain and simple - rewrite the whole WP template?

Under the Site Admin menu, click on Options, there is an option on that page for the CSS style sheet, you can change it there, if you click on None it will take some styles of your template.
