Hi Horeai, sorry to see your post has also been ignored by Corephp staff.  Yes they work with DW CS4. 

Just extract the zip contents into the dreamweaver snippets folder :

Example:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\configuration\Snippets
