Uploaded Plugins Dont Show in Plugins in Admin panel...  :-\

i had no issues with regular WPMU but this version does not show them. Also, you cannot upload plugins as in the regular WPMU direct from the admin panel.

I had the same problem with regular  Wordpress Integration for Joomla! 1.5. I copied the recommended Video Plugin 0.71 to wp-content/plugins as per the installation instructions. What they don't tell you for is that during the component installation the plugins directory gets moved. So for this Wordpress within Joomla you need to copy the plugins to /images/wordpress/plugins

Go to SiteAdmin->Options
At the option "Default Content Path", you will see a note "If you have moved folders..."
If you did move the folders at installation, then you need to put the plug-in file in the "wpmu/plugins" folder in that path.
In my installation, I put the plugin files in /media/wpmu/plugins

I discovered an easy way to resolve this problem.

Unzip the plugin zip file; you will then have a folder of files for the plugin
Access the Wordpress plugin folder for your website via ftp.
Drag the unzipped folder into your plugin folder
Go to Joomla Admin -> wordpress MU -> Plugins; you will see the new plugin there; activate it, configure as needed

Sincerely,
Howard
