Is this forum not used much or is there some reason why most post go with no replies?

We apologize for the lack of response recently. 'corePHP' has been growing beyond our expectations and we have been in the process of hiring people to help with our workload. Things are smoothing out now so you can expect more timely responses to forum posts.

Thanks for using 'corePHP' services,
Jonathan Shroyer

Steven,

Looks like unanswered posts are still a problem, even after a year from your last post letting us know you are hiring additional people.  I just purchased product after having several problems with NoixACL.  I'm a little concerned after paying $85 and seeing all the unanswered posts.  Do you handle most problems through a trouble ticket, and that's the reason so many unanswered posts?

Thanks,
Matt

Alot of our support is done via through our support desk. While we regularly view the forums - there is not enough time in the day to answer each and every question. If you have an immediate question that needs answering - please contact us via http://support.corephp.com

We will be catching up on the forums in the next few weeks.

Stay tuned.

Kindest regards,

On the other hand if there was better documentation available on the forum or support site there would be less support questions going through the support desk. Many of those support questions are probably asking the same questions over and over, making your workload greater than it needs to be.

Though this thread is very old, I've noticed that for some reason it appears to have a large amount of hits coming to it so I thought I'd clarify some changes in the 3 years since this ticket was created. The forums have received an overhaul and are now being monitored by our staff much more than they previously were, as referenced here.  Our replies will be in accordance with our Terms of Service.

There is documentation for our products in both PDF form, as well as on our Vimeo page.  We do frequently refer users to our ticketing system when they have issues that we need to look into (exchanging sensitive login information isn't typically a good idea on public forums).

When possible, we do like to clarify issues on the forums so that it gets indexed by search engines and the community can find the information without having to log in to our site and create a ticket.

Wow, this post is kinda outdated. Anyways, I'm thinking of buying your product and I would sure to trying submitting a ticket instead. I hope you have your problems sorted out Ron.
