What does the membership include?
You get everything that we have developed for WordPress + Joomla!
This includes:

-Future updates
-Support
-All the extensions that we have now - and any new ones!
You are able to download updates to these extensions as long as your subscription is valid. If you decide to cancel your subscription, the extensions will still keep running on your website, but you will not have access to updates.

I can't install! Help!
Read our installation instructions.
Make sure that all permisions are correct on your server in your admin panel: Help -> System Info -> Directory Permissions
If that doesn't resolve things, please submit a support ticket at: http://support.corephp.com/
We definately want to get the component working on your server as soon as possible! We are fairly speedy at replying to tickets.
I installed a plugin but its not working.
If you installed a plugin that you downloaded from the WordPress site, it may not work out of the box. You can submit a request to get it working in Joomla! at http://support.corephp.com/
If you are installing one of our plugins, please make sure you follow our guide. If you are still having trouble, submit a ticket.
