Support Delay

It has been a busy week for the ‘corePHP’s WordPress for Joomla! product launch. We expected additional support tickets and product questions above the norm during the launch. Over the past few days we have received 3-4 times the amount of questions that we had originally prepared for. With all these questions and the limited amount of man hours, some tickets are not getting answered in what we consider a timely manner (within a 24 hour period of time during the work week). Here are ‘corePHP’ we take pride in the speed that we respond to our customers. If you have submitted a ticket within the past few days and have not received a response, rest assured that it will be responded to by our support staff. We thank you for your patience as we get to your tickets.
